1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

3.2 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account at qqdawa. Multiple account registrations by the same individual, whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses or devices, are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be terminated and balances forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your password and login credentials. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends. qqdawa will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from the user's own negligence. 3.4 KYC Process

You may be asked to submit a copy of your identity card (MyKad), proof of address, and other supporting documents. Withdrawals will only be processed once KYC verification has been successfully completed.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

11 Liability Limits

12 Amendment to Terms and Conditions
